All international orders are shipped with UPS. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email from TightClub to see your order. Please note the above delivery time frame is an estimation provided by DHL and delivery time may vary between countries. Generally the closer you are to Turkey, the sooner you will receive your package! 

All orders placed before 11am will be dispatched that day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow 1 – 2 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions and over the Christmas period. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some international orders may be delayed with couriers. We would recommend enquiring with your local delivery service as to if this may affect you.

TightClub does not take responsibility for orders misplaced or lost once marked as “Delivered”. If you are not home when the driver attempts delivery, a card will be left with details for you to re-organise delivery


International orders are shipped with UPS, using a DTP (Duties Taxes Paid) service. TightClub cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs of your country and any additional charges rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to TightClub, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.


Although we hope you love all your items from TightClub, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. 

TightClub will provide a full refund, size exchange or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions.


  1. Items must be returned with 21 days of receiving your order
  2. All original tags must remain attached
  3. Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition
  4. Return must include original invoice and Returns Form, including an R.A Number obtained by our Customer Care


Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty. Any items returned outside the 21 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Please take care when trying on swimwear and wear undergarments at all times. If returned, the hygiene sticker must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered. TightClub reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.


Once received, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and funds will be returned to the Credit Card account that was used for the original transaction. Please note that TightClub does not offer direct exchanges and if you wish you purchase a new item then you will be provided with a credit note to make a new purchase.

TightClub does not cover any postage costs associated with returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer. The shipping method in which you decide to return to TightClub is completely up to you, we suggest looking around for the cheapest local service. Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as TightClub cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived to us safely!
